How do I join an event on Lalaland?
Sign in to Lalaland, find an event, read its requirements and follow the joining steps. Check My Events for your status: a request or waitlist place is not a confirmed spot. Exact location details may be available only after confirmation.
Discover gatherings around shared interests
Lalaland is a women-only community for online and in-person events. Use the browser app with your existing Lalaland account, or download the iPhone app. Android app access is currently by closed beta request.
1. Choose the event format
Sign in and open Home. Try Popular, Online, This week or Small groups to narrow the list. Nearby uses your location permission. Availability depends on what members have published; some filters may have no matching events.
2. Read the details before joining
Check the date, time, host, capacity and joining rules. For an in-person gathering, the public location may be approximate. Exact meeting details can be limited to confirmed members, depending on the host’s settings.
3. Confirm your participation status
Follow the event’s joining flow and check the resulting status. A request or waitlist place is not confirmed attendance. Use My Events to check your upcoming plans and waitlist entries before travelling.
4. Prepare for the gathering
Review host updates and event details again before the start. Where available to confirmed members, event chat and tickets keep plans together. Report concerns or block accounts through the app, and contact support when you need help.
Who can join?
Members must be at least 12 and meet any higher local age or consent requirements. Individual hosts may set additional requirements. Read the terms and community guidelines before joining.
No matching events?
Try a different filter or consider hosting a gathering yourself. This guide explains how Lalaland works; it is not a live event listing and does not promise events in a particular city.
Event prices and payment
Hosts can display a currency and price per person, with Pay at the event or Pre-payment. Lalaland does not collect payments or confirm payment status; arrange payment directly with the host.
Earned stamp collections
When a host enables stamps, successful check-in earns one stamp for that event. Open Earned stamp collections in Profile to view your progress and unlocked benefits. Your hosted collection is separate from the collections you have earned.
