How we show up for one another

Community Guidelines

Lalaland is for genuine connection. These standards apply to profiles, events, chats, messages, images, and in-person conduct connected to the service.

Effective: 10 August 2026

1. Respect people

Treat members, hosts, venue staff, and communities with dignity. Do not harass, intimidate, bully, shame, stalk, or target someone with degrading or hateful conduct.

Lalaland is designed as a community for women. Do not challenge, investigate, or publicly speculate about another member’s gender, body, identity, or eligibility. Use the reporting flow if you have a genuine policy concern.

2. Protect physical and emotional safety

  • No threats, violence, coercion, sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, trafficking, or promotion of self-harm.
  • No instructions or events whose primary purpose is dangerous or illegal activity.
  • No unwanted sexual advances or pressure for private contact.
  • For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Lalaland support is not an emergency service.

3. Be honest

  • Use one authentic account and accurate profile and event information.
  • Do not impersonate, scam, phish, manipulate tickets, or misrepresent affiliation, qualifications, costs, or venue access.
  • Do not buy, sell, or transfer accounts or trust indicators.
  • An “Identity checked” badge has limited meaning. Do not describe it as legal identity, background, age, gender, or safety verification.

4. Respect privacy and boundaries

  • Do not publish someone’s private contact details, precise location, workplace, identification documents, or private messages without permission.
  • Do not record or photograph people at an event where consent or venue rules do not allow it.
  • Keep confirmed-member venue details within the confirmed group.
  • Respect blocks, declined requests, event removals, and requests to stop contact.

5. Host responsibly

Hosts must provide clear, accurate information about the plan, costs, accessibility, eligibility, location visibility, and material risks. Manage capacity and joining decisions fairly, communicate changes promptly, and do not use event access to pressure members.

Events involving regulated activity, professional advice, minors, travel, physical risk, or paid services may require additional precautions, licences, insurance, or may not be suitable for Lalaland.

6. Keep content appropriate

  • No illegal content, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, graphic violence, or instructions to facilitate serious harm.
  • No spam, repetitive promotion, deceptive links, malware, or commercial solicitation unrelated to the community.
  • Respect copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual-property rights.
  • Do not use Lalaland for random or anonymous chat.

7. Report concerns thoughtfully

Use in-app report and block controls when something feels wrong. Give enough accurate context for review and do not coordinate false or retaliatory reports.

Support may ask follow-up questions. We limit report visibility and do not promise to share confidential enforcement details.

8. Enforcement

Depending on severity, history, context, and risk, Lalaland may remove content, limit features, cancel events, issue warnings, suspend or delete accounts, preserve relevant evidence, or contact appropriate authorities.

When available, you may contact support to ask for a review of a decision. Attempts to evade enforcement may lead to further action.
