Safety concern
Use the in-app report and block controls where possible because they include the relevant account or content reference. Contact support for follow-up or if you cannot access the app.
Emergency: Lalaland does not provide emergency response. If someone is in immediate danger or a crime is in progress, contact local emergency services.
Account access and deletion
Cannot sign in
Confirm you are using the same email or Apple account used at registration. Avoid repeated attempts if you are rate-limited; wait and try again.
Delete your account
In the app, open Settings and privacy, then choose Delete account. This initiates deletion of your account and associated personal information, subject to the limited safety and legal retention described in the Privacy Policy.
Identity check help
The optional check records a silent video of two prompted movements. Use good front lighting, keep your whole face visible, and complete each prompt within the capture period.
If a reviewer asks for a resubmission, the app displays a plain-language reason. You can retake the video or leave the check incomplete. A pending request can be withdrawn from the identity-check screen.
Privacy choices
You can edit profile and activity visibility in Settings, manage device permissions in iOS Settings, withdraw a pending identity check, and initiate account deletion in the app.

Common questions
What does “Identity checked” mean?
A reviewer concluded that a fresh silent video appeared to show a real person completing two random movement prompts. It is not legal identity, age, gender, background, or account-uniqueness verification.
Who can see an exact event location?
It depends on the host’s location-visibility setting. Some events keep exact details limited to confirmed members.
Can I choose a video from my photo library for identity checking?
No. The liveness flow only accepts a short video recorded in the app during the active prompt.
How do I report or block someone?
Open the relevant profile, event, or safety screen and choose the report or block action. Blocking restricts future interaction; reports are reviewed separately.
How quickly are identity-check videos deleted?
Deletion is attempted after a decision or withdrawal. An automated purge provides a backup, and submitted evidence has a 48-hour absolute limit.
